I have completed my B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Sonargaon University.   • To organize the daily or periodic production program as per monthly Production Plan.• To maintain cGMP in all operations of the section. This includes maintaining cleanliness of Production Areas, maintenance and follow up of product and batch changeover procedures, following the Instructions of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), Checking In-process Operations.• Supervision & Operating of Production machine, like as Injection Molding Machine, Printing Machine, Assembling M/C, Blister pack & Ribbon pack Machine, Sterilization Machine, Bandage Machine, Alcohol machine, Extrusion Machine, Non-woven Face Mask & Mop Cap & Shoe Cover Machine.• To maintain the Control Charts, Receipt, Return, Usage and Reconciliation of materials and proper storage and delivery of Intermediate and Finished bulks. • To utilize manpower, machinery and materials efficiently to improve productivity.• To prepare ISO Procedures & Instructions, Forms, Checklist, Control Chart, Log Sheets, Transfer out, daily production reports and monthly statements.• Perform In monthly & Yearly Inventory.• To perform and ensure day-to-day production activities with proper documentation.
