About Ray Bailey

As a provider of IT services and support I pride myself on giving the best service possible. I’ve always considered IT systems as service tools that need to be running as efficiently as possible, which is where I my skills excel.I have held a number of roles on IT service desks providing support to internal users, external clients and remote users. During my most recent IT role I was solely responsible for the whole of the company’s network and telephony systems. Support included laptops, desktops, printers plus various handheld units including PDA’s & Blackberries.Specialties: IT systems support and project management.
