I am known as someone that gets results that make a difference, through developing compelling operational strategies and executing through building great teams and vibrant cultures.Prior to my last role with Telstra where I built the risk management capability for Telstra's Retail business unit, I led a range of business transforming initiatives and functional teams that have delivered significant business results across many parts of Telstra. These include developing and leading a cross company team responsible for implementing information security aspects of a major regulatory undertaking; delivering business enabling processes and system changes to the Enterprise and Government channel; leading a range of positions in the development and operation of Telstra’s Wholesale business; selling services into the ICT sector; and developing world-leading network management capability. In 2002 I joined PwC’s Advisory Services team and over the next 5 years sold and delivered consulting services to primarily telecommunications clients around the world and at the same time helping PwC reposition its brand in telecoms strategy.
