Responsible for 'clean label' ingredient selection, development, and testing prototype formulas and processes which led to successful commercialization and launch of 'The Simple Root' vegan spreads, cream cheeses, and dips. Test-marketed through Rutgers University Foods Innovation Center and later co-manufactured at Cedars Mediterranean foods. Current responsibilities are further development of existing portfolioand expanding into new categories.

Lead facilitator to direct Pepsico Innovation strategy for feqasibility and implementation of higher recovery recyclable plastic beverage bottle and cap. Drafted ideation sessions and facilitated international PEPSICO teams. Work led to implementation of dual-path solution approach and packaging patent.

Responsible for development of formula and process to develop alternative dairy 'milk' from tree and ground nut sources. Work done in conjunction with U of Minnesota, MN. 3-G acquisition of Kraft Foods halted further development.

Led waste-stream recovery and sustainability projects resulting in international beverage development and ground-breaking IP for Kraft.1976-1995: Maxwell House Coffee Division, Research & Development: Responsible for new product development across soluble and roast & ground categories. Led growth initiatives to expand existing pipeline into new categories such as RTD, Filter-Packs, and international work for TASSIMO.
