Unlike other plant-based foods that rely on soy, nuts, nut milks and highly processed ingredients like starches and oils, vegetables our our #1 ingredient. Using an innovative process, we create a creamy base from root vegetables — including potatoes, sweet potatoes, and parsnips — and then blend in a handful of other ingredients, including vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices.
