Raylene is one of 24 participants that were selected for this first session offered in San Diego. The PLI seeks professionals who have backgrounds in business and business-related fields will most likely have experiences that are needed in public leadership, including personnel management, budgeting, leadership and job creation, among other things, which Raylene has.
