Manager of main office lobby and key trainer in developing staff of 15 to become sales oriented and cross sell other bank products.Later became the Retail Branch Coordinator after company merger and trained staff of 65 to sell bank products. Latest position was Regional Manager of the southern group of banks. This position supported each location for sales results and accomplishments as well as handling security issues and customer complaints.Traveling between locations kept me in touch with all customer bases for each office.Accomplished in required monthly and quarterly audits.
