Reporting to the COO, took over an underperforming Operations team with a high turnover rate to identify the root cause of underperformance. Implemented a major shift to the team strategy by refining hiring criteria to target top-tier international talent, then created and standardized essential processes (interview structure, scheduling, metric tracking, 1:1’s, etc.) which are still in use today.-Created a training program from scratch, reducing onboarding time from 6 weeks to 1 week-Led rapid team growth and hired 12 specialists in the first 30 days of starting the role; 9 have been promoted, including 2 who are now leaders; drastically improved the retention rate and maintained at 100%
