Responsible for the review of Policies and Procedures Circulars and Operations Manuals prepared by Business Units as part of MSD Clearing House function. Participates as lead of Management Services Division (MSD) team in the implementation/maintenance of Finacle Core Banking System for CRM, Deposit., Tellering, Channels (Clearing, Remittance & Settlements, ATM Center, Contact Center & Electronic Banking) and System Administration.

Responsible for product development and set-up in our Core Banking System. Provides Test Plans & Scripts for the projects. Implements Software Development (SDLC) and Project Life Cycle (PLC) Methods from Initiation to Post-Implementation

Directs IT activities including computer operations, user support, system analysis and programming, and provides advice to top management in the bank’s use and applicability of information technology. Contributes to general business planning regarding technology and systems required to maintain bank operations and competitiveness. Over-all Project Manager for major technology projects of the Bank.

Manages and implements Phoenix Banking System (PBS) to various clients. PBS is an integrated banking solution from Orlando Florida, USA and CDVI was the local support and business partner of Phoenix International. Provides various MIS reports of the Bank.

Manages and implements Integrated Computerized Bank Account (ICBA) which is the main product of Infopro Malaysia. Develops various Oracle forms and reports for Loans, Trade and Finance modules of ICBA as part of system enhancements.

Manages and implements Vision Banker Online & Standalone system to various banks. Vision Banker is a Deposit system with GL journal entries of CDVI.

Reviews and analyze existing systems and procedures by gathering timely and helpful information through interviews and reports. Undertakes system maintenance activities which include disk space memory management recovery procedures in case of hardware or software failures and other related activities.

Responsible for day-to-day branch operations such as inward batch processing., notifying clients with pending check items for disposition, verifying documents/slips against posted transactions, generating and validating day-to-day reports as well as monthly and quarterly reports. Responsible also for system administering and maintaining branch standalone system such as systems up and shutting down, monitoring and data backup and recovery.
