I was most recently the President and CEO of NAV CANADA (2021-2024). Since joining the Company in 2000, I’ve held several senior leadership positions including in Finance and Human Resources. Most recently I served as VP and CHRO, when I led and oversaw various business functions including Human Resources, Labour Relations, Corporate Planning and Performance, Operational Training, Stakeholders Relations, and Communications and Public Affairs.Under my leadership, I conceive and deliver transformational initiatives that strengthen the Company’s culture of excellence and performance, and I helped make the Company a Top 100 Employer four years in a row.I served as a member of NAV CANADA’s Executive Management Committee for several years, and I currently serve as a board member with Aireon. I’ve also served as a member of the International Civil Aviation Organization’s North Atlantic Economic, Financial & Forecast Group, the Corporate Leadership Council of Human Resources Executives, and the Sun Life Financial, National Client Advisory Council.
