As a launch test conductor, supervised and directed the test team during space shuttle checkout and preparation for flight. Participate in program planning and daily work scheduling. Launch Test Conductor for numerous Space Shuttle launches, including the launch of the first main solar power feed to the Space Station and the last launch for the Space Shuttle Columbia. As a Chief Test Conductor, responsibilities include emergency management using the incident command structure. Additionally I serve as the senior representative for the test team to the NASA customer during daily operations.Company Quest Award for leadership during the NASA return to flight effort (STS 114)Selected to lead the Integrated Constraints Management Team that sorted through, properly categorized, and then processed thousands of constraint work items during the STS 114 flow.Selected to lead and coordinate the multi-disciplined effort to meet the critical milestone event of vehicle power up for the Space Shuttle Discovery after the loss of Space Shuttle Columbia. This enabled the company to realize a reduction in headcount of two equivalent personnel.
