Actively managing 17 different implementations varying in size, applications, and scale via the ASANA Project Management software.-Facilitate and execute project kickoff meetings to validate client requirements, target go live dates, and to level set expectations for execution.- Create, build, and communicate out project plans that ensure a clear path to accomplish each target and that we have resources committed to its fulfillment -Ensure resources are properly aligned to the projects schedule and tasks associated with that schedule- Identify, triage, and address project roadblocks to try and ensure the impact on the critical path is as limited as possible. Any items that will impact the critical path are immediately flagged to the client to ensure they are aware and are apart of the decision making process. - Run weekly budget reports to monitor our billable hour utilization against the budgeted time and ensure we are utilizing our time effectively. - Create and deliver weekly project progress reports that illustrate project accomplishments, performance against the budget, challenges or risks that need attention, and next steps to complete each milestone.- Facilitate weekly and bi-weekly meetings with internal and external project stakeholders in which we discuss and review content in the progress reports, status of rules development, and any key actions that need to be taken to allow the project to continue moving forward.- Manage the project wrap up and support transition process to ensure that after a project has gone live, the client has all collateral and support needed to ensure the solution is effectively maintained throughout it's life cycle. My experiences here include:- Leading cost reduction projects with autonomous maintenance team to reduce part wear on production line by 50% generating a savings of $115,118.50 in part replacement costs alone with more in labor & overall machine wear expected. - Implemented a new process for managing damaged parts on the production line causing a reduction in downtime of up to 1 hr per shift, & a parts cost savings of $10,000 annually.- Applied statistical process control to understand the capability & variation found in the machines processes on the production floor. Variation in stuffing weights decreased from .004 to .002 marking a 50% reduction in std. deviation.- Actively facilitated & applied continuous improvement problem solving methods with a cross functional group such as simple root cause (SRC) analysis & Kaizen events to determine the primary drivers of variation & loss within the processes & equipment. After about 3 months in this rotation, I was given the opportunity to directly manage people.
