Chick-fil-A was my first job as a high schooler in 2018. I became a Shift Leader after about a year and was made a Team Leader another 18 months after that. I was named a Captain after new management took over in 2022, and parted ways with the location a few months later, as our goals and values no longer aligned. I had a great experience working for Chick-fil-A and learned a lot from some of the greatest leaders and mentors I've ever met.
