I am a scientist and space industry observer since 1957. My company, Spacefleet Ltd, is developing aerodynamic re-usable rocket-powered vehicles, for high level flight and, for for low-cost space transport. The current EARL-D4 sub-scale demonstrator will be capable of lofting small payloads of mass 2kg to 30km altitude. The first test flight of the EARL-D4 boost-glide vehicle took place on Wednesday May 3rd, 2018. The test was substantially successful, but we need to build on it and continue development towards re-usable sub-orbital launch using an aerodynamic craft with programmable flight-path. I have come to end of what I can afford alone, and so I am looking for partners to further develop this innovative vehicle concept to sub-orbital, and then orbital flight.
