Current• Oversee the daily operational activities of location including, but not limited to:o Coordination of assignmentso Inventory managemento Delivery logisticso Oversee repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment• Recruit, onboard, and train employees to ensure sales and profit objectives are met• Develop, coach, mentor, and support existing team members and oversee continuing education• Provide operational oversight of six employees and ~$2 million in revenue• Effectively manage change, facilitate innovation, and foster teambuilding to provide the highest quality and most cost-effective services possible• Use data analysis to track customer activity to include product fulfillment and employee performance• Ensure all areas of responsibility are meeting the needs of our customers, corporate service metrics, quality standards, and expectations• Develop and maintain business relationships to provide consistent sales growth• Maintain and exceed quality standards
