• Bridge the gap between technology and the legal practice by advising Firm members on use of technology throughout the litigation lifecycle• Serve as lead on implementation of litigation support applications, providing support and training on Concordance, LAW Prediscovery, Relativity, IPRO, LiveNote, West Case Notebook, Sanction, TrialDirector and TrialPad• Consult with clients, attorneys and paralegals on projects across the entire Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) spectrum• Process, cull, assure quality of and produce electronically stored information (ESI)• Administer litigation databases, including design, creation, data loading and maintenance• Oversee litigation support vendor efforts on eDiscovery projects to ensure timeliness and cost efficiency of work product• Monitor litigation support trends, especially regarding evolving technologies and case law developments• Create graphics such as timelines, callouts and other demonstratives for presentations, hearings and trials• Provide trial presentation (“hot seat”) operations

• Responsible for the day-to-day IT operations of the Firm including maintaining hardware, software, network connectivity, user accounts, remote access, printing, email and internet connectivity• Act as helpdesk support for twenty users, troubleshooting end-user hardware and software issues• Provide setup, maintenance and troubleshooting for office connectivity of all mobile devices• Test and implement new hardware and software solutions• Assess current and future technological needs and develop plans to meet those needs• Act as liaison between the Firm and outside consultant agencies as needed

• Support all phases of litigation from case initiation and discovery through trial and post-trial activities• Draft and edit correspondence, memoranda, declarations, pleadings and discovery requests • Assist in preparation of court filings and e-filings in state, federal and appellate courts• Coordinate and assist attorneys in preparation for depositions, hearings and trials• Supervise other paralegals, clerks and staff and provide direction in completing tasks• Organize and maintain case files including pleadings, correspondence and discovery files
