Capability Consultant
CurrentAn internal consulting role responsible for the development, research, design and delivery of key learning and development initiatives and programs to improve the overall capability, performance and delivery of value for the HESTA workforce. As part of this role, my key responsibilities include:- active engagement and management of internal HESTA stakeholders to provide guidance, advice and coaching across a broad range of functions to facilitate leading edge people management practices for the business- design and delivery of effective, engaging learning programs targeting individuals contributors to senior leaders- development of strategic talent management initiatives to drive our employee value proposition- ongoing project management of programs and initiatives
