As a registered Psychologist specialising in organisations and as a talent management professional, I have played a significant role in building the capability and performance of the organisations I have been part of. Within the People & Culture space, I have been instrumental in designing and delivering innovative and strategic talent management initiatives, impactful talent development programs across all levels and engaging with employees and leaders all across the business. Furthermore, my time as a Project Manager developing complex infrastructure projects has given me valuable insights and experience into planning, implementing and just getting things done in a fast-paced, changing and high-stress work environment with challenging stakeholders who each have conflicting priorities.
