SAP was selected in 2003. In December of 2003, I was made a part of the SAP implementation team. I was part of Phase I in which we implemented the SAP Financials and a portion of the MM module with workflow for PO approvals. I was responsible for the MM and Workflow modules. I also assisted with the AP module. In Phase II, I worked extensively on the Payroll module, quite a lot on the Time module and assisted across all other modules (Benefits, PA and OM). I was responsible for writing several schemas and rules in both the Payroll and Time modules as well as configuration activities for these modules. I was very heavily involved in requirements definition, blueprinting, and developing functional specifications in both phases. -

We supported the following applications: Integral Payroll/HR, IVIS GL, AP, and Fixed Assets Systems, CIMPRO Manufacturing, a in-house developed Order System for the retail stores to order product from the warehouse, a in-house developed Retail Survey System (related to the Order System), Kronos Timeclock system, and several smaller in-house developed applications. My group was responsible for providing end-user support, making modifications based on user requests and keeping purchased software applications current by installing new releases and upgrades provided by the vendors. -

Below is listed some of the other projects I was involved with in addition to the Financial and HR support: I was asked to develop a system that would give Brookshires the capability to manage our 401k plan in-house. I determined the Business requirements, designed the system, developed specifications and led the team that coded and implemented the system. This system was used for about 10 years until the company outsourced the management of the 401k plan to MFS in 1999.In 1989, I was selected to be the Project lead for the team that selected and implemented the Integral Payroll/HR system (mainframe based). The system went live in April 1991. This system was utilized until it was replaced by the SAP system in April 2006.I was the Project Lead for the team that selected and implemented the CIMPRO Manufacturing Software. This system is still in use.I was the Project Lead for the Year 2000 project.
