Ray Rivas was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado. Immediately after graduating from Greeley Central High School, Ray enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. After completing seven and a half years of service, including two tours in Iraq as a rifleman and a team leader, he was medically discharged in 2012. After serving in the Marine Corps, Ray pursued a career in the automobile industry. Over the course of the next four and a half years, Ray actively helped nearly a thousand families to meet their transportation needs. With his love for helping others help their families, and with encouragement from his own family and friends, Ray obtained his Real Estate license, embarking on a new career as a Realtor. Ray is a member of the Pastoral Council at his church. In his free time, Ray loves to help his wife with her photography business, play basketball on city leagues, and spend time with his two boys and daughter. He also enjoys golfing and fishing.
