I'm Rayssa Silva, I'm 16 years old, I live in Belo Horizonte (MG). I am a fellow of the Ismart project (Social Institute to Motivate, Support and Recognize Talents). I am a very determined person to achieve my purposes, I seek excellence in everything I do, I love learning new things and meeting new people.In my last 3 years, I was able to improve several skills and abilities. In 2020, I joined the Ismart Project, which I am currently part of, in this project I developed my organization, teamwork, communication, commitment and I was able to see the world with different eyes, seeing that the different forms of talent are distributed across all Social classes. Increasing my expectations even more about all the things I can achieve. In addition, I managed to introduce Ismart to other people to have the chance to experience the same opportunities that I could have.In 2021, I was selected to participate in the Busuu and Globalizando projects, both focusing on teaching English as a second language. I participated in several Olympics, such as: OBA, OBB, OBI, OBMEP (I received an honorable mention in 2020) OBQ, OBRL, ONC, OMU, Celebritas, Sapientia, and Kangaroo. I was able to develop my logical thinking and teamwork skills. In addition, I took three courses on the IBM Skills Build platform, two on artificial intelligence and one on design. I also participated in Gir Up, as an apprentice and designer, an organization that raises funds for the UN, which are intended for social projects, leading girls to a successful journey. In addition to having participated and been Social Media at Olympus, which prepared students for the pedagogical Olympics.In 2022, I participated in the LALA (Latin American Leadership Academy) project, which developed my self-knowledge and leadership. I also took a year of the CCAA English course. And some academic Olympics, already mentioned above.Currently, I'm focused on my studies, but I'm taking two online courses at Yale, one on programming languages and the other on Libras, as well as theater, always doing my best to improve my skills and competencies.
