- Present quarterly budget to top management, provide explanations of variance and assist management in making critical decisions related to Capex and Opex.- Prepare monthly & quarterly performance reports of different sections/units, analyze them, and identify factors if any major deviation has been found.- Prepare monthly & quarterly "Budget Vs Actual" Reports, scrutinize the variance, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.- Participate in preparing “Annual Business Plan (ABP)”, compare ABP against quarterly budget & actual and provide necessary information to management.- Calculate the Cost Per Minute (CPM) of overhead costs to determine accurate product costing.- Analyze the capital expenditures and evaluate them through different techniques like NPV, IRR, PI, Payback Period, ROI, etc. to help management to decide whether or not a project would offer the expected returns in the long term.- Cost Benefit Analysis of any additional new production line or shut down of existing line to assist management in making critical decisions.- Assist management with several decision-making tools and scenario analysis.- Prepare dynamic dashboard report that provides insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
