My passion is creating entertaining and informative programming that maximally engages an audience via all media delivery pipelines.With 20-plus years in content creation working as an executive producer and consultant in New York, Los Angeles and internationally, I’ve created unscripted content for multiple production companies and for most streamers, networks, syndicators, and digital delivery companies including ABC/Disney/Hulu, Viacom/CBS/MTV/VH1/BET, FOX Network, NBC Universal/E!/OWN. My production background includes managing the creative voice of a project, production strategy, hiring and managing staff as well as ensuring brand guidelines, overseeing budgets, deliverables and managing schedules and delivery dates. My repertoire includes working extensively with studios, internal teams and third-party vendors on key objectives. Armed with high-level project management and problem-solving skills, I ensure our creative and production departments are producing quality content on time and within budget. Leading with empathy and insight, I guide the development of creative concepts from a clear vision into product that garners top audience engagement. In driving projects forward, I build strong relationships up, down and across organizations and foster a creative culture rooted in open communication with an emphasis on coaching and mentoring team members.Considered an expert in all aspects of production, including development, budgets, logistics and post-production, I relish the “aha” moment when people are able to share journeys that resonate emotionally. In overseeing the creative brand and editorial voice, I ensure a consistent voice across digital media and all distribution.I am a seasoned fixer who repeatedly reengineers a show’s format after it’s been launched to improve ratings. I can create a format and realistic production model for an hour-long self-contained or arced unscripted format. I pride myself in staying on top of emerging trends to inform content, business and product strategies and am most inspired when developing premium, social-first content that ignites audience engagement. My success is built upon the generous mentorship provided to me by many talented professionals. I have in turn passed on that knowledge by mentoring employees who have become top players in their respective fields, whether they are CEO’s of production companies, casting executives or starring on camera.
