PMIS provides Planning/Scheduling services and supply of software to its installation and implementation, the provision of general and company specific training/mentoring and the provision of Consultancy services including Forensic Delay Analysis and Claims Management.As Professional Services Manager I am responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and support across Planning & Scheduling, Claims Procedures, Training and day to day service.Onsite at Eskom, South Africa at present, responsibilities include:• Senior P6 Lead for 10+ Team of Consultants delivering an Enterprise Solution working with numerous third party resources• Lead P6 Consultant for various specific phases (upgrade, migration, pilots etc.) as well as managing Training Needs Analysis, development and delivery of bespoke TrainingClaims Consulting• Responsible for Forensic Delay Analysis of contract schedules for claim preparation• Created Impacted As-Planned Schedules, Collapsed As-Built Schedules and retrospective schedules for Conciliation and Arbitration• Working with numerous high profile semi state and construction organisations• Identifying causes for delays including documentation ensuring legitimate extension of timescales and avoiding liquidated damages• Assigning resources to ensure timely claim submission, creating schedules for each, critiquing programs and all related issues, inserting relevant delays and impactsPlanning Expertise • Senior Consultant for subcontracted Scheduling/Planning both on and offsite, preparing retrospective Schedules in Primavera ensuring a retrospective representation of costs and resources • Planning Specialist managing cost load centres through strong Scheduling and monthly updating with relevant Financials/Budget/Resources/Timescales • Numerous concurrent projects creating new schedules or amending existing schedules (from Excel, MS Project, Primavera and others) based on Contract Documents and Baselines

Joining as a part time assistant I eventually went on to manage the Pro-shop. Duties included • Looking after members' bookings and annual subscriptions• Green fees takings• Ordering stock for Proshop and Monthly Stocktaking
