● Currently the project engineer for an 1200W High Voltage Power Supply for BAE Systems Towed Decoy Program.● Orchestrated a comprehensive assessment of the initial design concepts for the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) including power supply architecture, potential design risks and mitigation strategies. ● During the Critical Design Review (CDR), conducted an in-depth examination of the design’s intricacies such as component tolerances, module layout, and safety/fault provisions. ● Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, production managers, sub-assembly testers, and assemblers. ● Extensive experience in the engineering documentation control process by effectively managing the creation, revision, and completion of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to facilitate design updates and new releases. ● Designing and developing a 100W push-pull converter that steps up 28V to 350V, and effectively managed the release of schematic, PCB layout, and bill of materials via document control processes. ● Currently performing design verifications of individual modules in the High Voltage Power Supply against customer specifications while creating test datasheets and assembly work instructions.
