My core focus is on achieving the organization’s ambitious goal of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 through strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder engagement.I design and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies that address key areas such as carbon reduction, energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste management. This includes setting Science-Based Targets (SBT) to ensure alignment with international climate commitments and overseeing renewable energy projects to accelerate the adoption of solar technology across the bank's facilities. My efforts have contributed to a significant reduction in energy consumption and a decrease in Scope 1 & 2 emissions, resulting in substantial cost savings and improved environmental outcomes.Employee engagement is a key pillar of my role, and I have successfully trained over 2,000 employees on climate change, its impacts, and sustainable business practices. I organize organization-wide environmental campaigns, such as tree-planting drives, and foster a culture of sustainability by encouraging innovative ideas and contributions from staff.My work extends beyond internal projects, as I also negotiate with external vendors to promote sustainable and eco-friendly products, reducing the bank’s indirect environmental impact.I oversee branches' OPEX budget, conducting detailed budget vs. actual analysis to monitor financial performance. This involves closely tracking expenditures, identifying variances, and recommending strategic adjustments to enhance cost efficiency without compromising on environmental outcomes. Through effective budgeting and planning, I ensure that the bank’s green banking projects are financially sustainable and aligned with long-term goals.

In my role as Assistant Manager Admin, I managed administrative operations across three office locations, ensuring smooth functioning and operational efficiency. I supervised a team of three admin officers and 40 support staff, overseeing daily administrative tasks, facility management, and vendor relationships. My core responsibilities included optimizing office supply purchases, developing cost-effective procurement strategies, and implementing robust administrative policies to support the organization’s objectives.A key part of my role was budget management and financial oversight. I assisted the Head of Department in managing the admin department’s budget, performing budget vs. actual analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain expense control. By identifying new vendors and negotiating favorable contracts, I successfully reduced overall administrative costs and enhanced operational efficiency.In addition, I focused on improving asset management processes by maintaining a fixed asset register and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of critical office equipment. My contributions helped streamline inventory management, ensuring that consumables and office supplies were adequately stocked across all locations.I also managed logistics and staff travel arrangements, coordinated company events, and ensured compliance with health, safety, and security standards, creating a safe and well-organized working environment for all employees.
