 Handling group of company Accounts and all Financial matters. Handling 4 companies VAT returns separately. Working on all marine services and in touch with clients. Dealing with banks for Import and B2B LC requirements. Management Reporting, Budget & Forecasting, Leading & Supervision. Budgeting and forecasting with periodical controls, variance analysis.  Ensure that all accounts responsibilities are handled efficiently and effectively. Prepare financial statements, present the same to Management Manage the day to day financial transactions of the company. Maintain book of accounts in a computerized environment. Supervise the whole range of Accounts Payable, Receivable & Budget Preparation. Monitor Payroll and Management Reporting Activity. Handle cash management, control petty cash, prepare render accounts of individuals & departments. Manage the Invoice generation Operation & Credit Control. Ensure reconciliation of all sub ledgers & general ledger is performed on regular basis. Ensure General Ledger entries are accurate and are in line with Company Procedures Offer suggestions on improving the accounting system if required. Evaluation of business on the basis of incoming and outgoing. Ensure effective fixed assets & inventory control is applied. Check Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements of all bank accounts maintained; resolve any differences in a timely manner.

• Maintain fully Computer based accounting cycle along with Financial Statements, Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.• Preparation & submission of Periodical financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement) to the parent company in Korea on quarterly basis in both languages English and Korean.• Preparing analytical reports for management to assist its timely decisions.• Management of bank finances of the company.• Interact with all Franchises of Punjab & Sindh on Various matters.• Calculation and payments of Gratuity and Leave salaries.• Manage third party external audits and liaising with the concerned regulatory bodies.• Hiring, terminating and training of company personnel within the Finance & Accounts divisions of the Group. • Evaluation of Internal control system on a periodic basis through conducting of internal audit and present Observations, Implications and recommendations on each head of account to the management.• Participate in developing strategies & ensuring effective implementation in Finance department.• Manage internal branch networks in all over the country.• Responsible for compliance of statutory obligations to Governmental regulatory bodies like SECP, FBR, Customs etc. • Negotiate with banks and leasing companies regarding the long term finance, working capital and lease facility obtained from various banks.• Deal with Clearing Agents for Import Clearance• Deal with foreign delegation during Pakistan Visit.
