MICROWAVE INTEGRATION AND PLANNING ENGINEER 2019-PRESENT  Team Management, Customer Satisfaction, team cost and IOA management  Co-ordinating with frontline for running Scope & upcoming Project Delivery  Fulfilling internal KPI's. Assuring network safety, Cyber security, Trainings, Audits, and Technical trainings to teams  Cross Product (Wireless & IPRAN) for Plan implementation  Directed internal testing process for Huawei & 3rd Party (NEC & CISCO).  Arrange & prepare Minutes of Meeting for all projects to control projects delivery.  Manage Transmission Operations regarding Installation Commissioning and media backhauls configurations.  Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation.  Implement measure to provide motivation for employees.  Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies.  Review customer reviews and customer related statistics.Hands on experience in using Huawei NMS (U2000,U2020,NCE) for monitoring and integration.  Configuring and troubleshooting SD & XPIC (1+0, 1+1, 2+0, 4+0,8+0) links of RTN300 series and RTN900 series to achieve the  target RSL and XPD Values  Configuration and troubleshooting of MPLS tunnels on MW network for Layer 3 services  DCN Implementation (inbound and outbound) and NEs visibility on Huawei NMS U2000 and NCE.  Capacity Up gradation of E-Band RTN300 series and RTN900 series links.  Update and record MUX Plans of entire network in order to track/troubleshoot services  MW configuration change for ring link to carry both tag and un tag data from routers  Configuration of E-Line Services (using QinQ tunnels and using MPLS Tunnels)  Migration of services from one fiber node to other fiber node in order to balance traffic
