- Elaborates and implements the Bank's strategy regarding the development of the information system - Supervises all banking operations regarding the information and communications technology, ensuring the optimal level of functionality and security.- Coordinates the entire activity of administration of an IT system, support, as well as development (hardware and software)- Elaborates norms and working procedures in order to cover the entire IT activity- Elaborates the IT budget and has the role of managing in terms of cost efficiency all its specific elements- Establishes and develops the objectives and operating procedures of the department.
