As part of the Cybercrime Programme Office of the Council of Europe (C-PROC), I am involved in the implementation of projects focused on the prevention, investigation, and prosecution of cybercrime. I hold a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management in Public Administration from the University of Bucharest, where I specialized in the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation in the public sector.My professional experience includes working as a Project Management Consultant for URBASOFIA and B&S Europe. In these capacities, I have led and contributed to various international and multidisciplinary teams on projects centered around urban planning, social innovation, and sustainable development. My work has involved extensive collaboration with stakeholders across different sectors and regions, ensuring effective project delivery and impactful outcomes.I have honed strong interpersonal, administrative, and teamwork skills, which have been critical in managing complex projects and fostering a collaborative work environment. My passion for improving the quality of life and security of citizens in the digital age drives my commitment to advancing cybercrime prevention and enhancing public safety through innovative and sustainable solutions. Furthermore, I have developed a keen understanding of policy development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning, which I leverage to support C-PROC's mission and contribute to the broader goals of the Council of Europe.
