CurrentAs part of my internship program I was assigned to 2 6-months rotations in 2 separate Vodafone departments. These were Consumer IT - TDO Retail/Digital Channels Innovation and 2nd Line IVC. My job was to pursue automation and innovation projects for each respective team.I worked on 3 projects,, all of them green lighted and currently under workflow integration with upper management. These 3 projects were: automatic analysis of call center conversations using NLP and speech recognition, augmented reality to improve in-store customer experience, and natural language querying for telecom alarm and monitoring systems.These projects involved the use of Java scripting, Google Cloud APIs, Microsoft Power BI, and augmented reality tools (Zappar, Unity / Google ARcore).
