Professionally, my career spanned, off&on, 50 years. I experienced some wonderful years as a "lead" computer programmer, and worked with some incredible people along the way. I had the experience of what most all current day college kids (taught to get a good education to get a good job): there are very few jobs in their major (about 25% according to posted statistics), and only 3-4% get what they were trained to love - the "Dream Job". Fast-food helpers. Dismal choices for the most intelligent kids ever to graduate in America. And, that 3-4% with the Dream Job? Corporate slaves for as many years as it takes for them to burn out, and seek a real "Life".Anyone with an entrepreneurial mindset has actually figured out the best way to succeed in today's culture and economy!During the last quarter century I built a "Plan B", a backup (i.e., PART-TIME) income that has become a Major Impact Business in a Social Media, I/N-based, Referral Marketing model with a world-wide audience. This has been my forever passion for it's duration, as it only builds if you help others grow their part. Fairly constructed, this "personal franchise" can spawn sub-franchises which have the power to out-earn mine (thus, not a pyramid); those who work the hardest earn the most! An equity asset with an equity foundation. Let the critics whine, as is their credo, while we win, which is our creed. If you're ambitious, you should do due diligence with this model!
