Ryan had responsibilities for business development and on-site operations across North America while developing products and services that enhance the Agile•1 global workforce solution portfolio. Ryan also launched and led the Workforce Consulting Services (WCS) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice areas which help clients achieve positive results through: workforce planning, organization design, change management, diversity and optimized recruiting processes. In this role Ryan had accountability for all sales and operations for the entire practice and achieved year over year profitable growth across multiple industry sectors on a global scale.

Ryan was a founder of the Business Integration organization, accountable for realizing benefits from information technology capital investments. To accomplish this outcome, his team utilized business process improvement and change management techniques to ensure success for strategic initiatives like “Supply Chain Transformation” and “World Class Operations”. As the Director of Staffing and Diversity, Ryan was responsible for talent acquisition while integrating the Diversity Business Strategy across Coors Brewing Company and with external constituencies. In this role Ryan received national recognition from such publications as The New York Times and Fortune Magazine for the innovative solutions his team developed to accelerate returns from corporate and employment branding initiatives. Ryan also improved the Supply Chain organization as the leader of Procurement Strategy where he built an organization focused on “e”nablement and developed a global strategic sourcing methodology.

Ryan consulted with several Fortune 500 companies with expertise in Change Management focusing primarily on large enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations. He defined knowledge management service offerings for clients, geared to improve the flow of information as well as operational intelligence. He coached client executives on change management concepts and communication strategies while managing complex work plans. He designed online performance support for Sales, Human Resources and Accounts Receivable office operations. He created and led the rewards and recognition action team impacting sixty-six change management professionals.
