I am proud to be the general manager for RBH Mechanical & Electrical Ltd, a family run business with over 35 years of industry knowledge and expertise in gas, plumbing, electrical and eco services in the private and public sector.RBH specialises in offering our services to domestic, commercial, industrial and public clients with a company ethos centred around high standard tradesmanship, expert knowledge and advice, tailored service and exceptional value for our customer base. My role within the company is to ensure all of our standards and quality controls are met, execute new business opportunities and ensure the company meets the needs and demands of the future.I am also an active property entrepreneur operating in London, Kent & Essex. I am the founder and director of XII Estates and XII Developments, which covers the private rental sector and residential sales market. XII Estates is a guaranteed rent provider, working with landlords to provide a guaranteed rent package for stress free residential property investment within the London area. XII Estates specialises in corporate and professional accommodation, with select properties that meet the standards and finishes expected by our professional tenant base.XII Developments operates in both the build to sell, and build to rent strategy in London, Kent and Essex. Our schemes range from minor refurbishments, to commercial conversions and new build projects. Our knowledge of refurbishments and investments allow us to work closely with investors to maximise profits and returns for our partners. Privately, I have a passion for helping young entrepreneurs who wish to enter the property business. I have been involved in property since the age of 20 and I am able to draw on my own experiences as an investor and developer to help answer some critical questions surrounding the property market as a business and being involved from a young age.
