-Audits products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of equipment.-Assists with interpreting specifications, assigning job orders, and other duties to workers as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.-Adjusts ork procedures to meet production and shipping schedules.-Implements new procedures to improve warehouse methods, equipment performance, and quality of product while continuously striving for improvement in all materials processes.-Implements changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.-Verifies the daily gauge mastering sheets and forklift checks are being performed.-Assists workers in solving work problems.-Assists in implementing plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.-Maintains time and warehouse receiving/shipping records.-Completes requisitions and audits materials.-Performs activities of workers supervised, including forklift operation.-Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.-Responsible for adherence to the policies, procedures and instructions of the TS 16949, MMOG/LE and ISO 14001 systems.-Responsible for maintaining a Quality work environment and including good housekeeping.(i.e. 5S).-Responsible for development and adherence to the policies, procedures and instructions of the Quality, Materials and Safety & Environmental systems.

-Setting up line-side inventory in bins/totes and laying out the flow of materials for production-Set up and maintain an inventory system from scratch-Separating and tracking Reclaimed parts and parts that need to be replaced.-Identifying and separating parts by part number-Utilizing multiple spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel to manage and reference recorded data-Cycle counting Raw Material, EV Pack, and Finished Goods inventory-Maintaining proper inventory control practices during production and warehouse operations-Communicating with Engineers about flow changes and suggestions-Handling receipts and packing slips from all incoming shipments of raw materials and packages-Communicating with purchasing about shorted shipments-Inputting receipts and inventory adjustments through Epicor-Designing and laying out new process flows-Setting up areas for Quality Inspection and Raw Material Storage-Assisting the Teardown and Assembly of EV Battery Packs-Write work instructions for shipping/receiving processes-Managing inventory for multiple projects for GM, Ford, Volvo, ETC.-Using SAP to reflect inventory on-hand for Customers

-Directly supporting the manufacturing of EV Battery Cells and EV Battery Packs-Managing Materials in breakdown areas and providing lines with material to operate-Shipping and Receiving Raw Materials and finished goods using Standup and Sit Down Forklifts-Managing inventory using iWMS and ERP systems-Warehouse set up and organization-Creating picking lists for material transfers between locations-Ensuring correct inventory levels by cycle counting system vs physical-Following First In First Out (FIFO) in all warehouses to ensure inventory is cycled properly-Operating in Clean Room environment to supply cell manufacturing lines with material

-Photographing and reporting on rocket launches-Using sound triggered devices to capture rocket launches-Using custom triggers for automated video triggering-Telling a story through video and photos-Setting up cameras at various launch sites

-Restocking private aircraft with cargo, supplies, snacks, and waters-Vacuuming and cleaning interior tables and seats-Cleaning exterior of the plane after flights, removing any fluids around engine components-Look for any issues with the aircraft and escalate to a supervisor-Guide and tow planes into and out of a hangar-Refueling outgoing aircraft
