I wouldn't be the man and father that I am today if it wasn't for the leadership that I have received throughout my life. I joined the United States Army at seventeen years old and was fortunate to be admonished and edified on the laws of life and leadership on a regular basis for eight years, and one of the most important things that the Army taught me was that every person you look at is full of potential. And so much of it. And with the right leadership, anyone can tap into that potential. The key is learning how to tap into it and getting everyone to bring their best self forward and to operate in the best interests of the collective. All of this can be learned. Whether you are looking to develop your leadership abilities, those of your team, or both, you’re in the right place.My mission is clear: I aim to help leaders and their teams leverage their personal development to amplify their professional performance. Through my training, I teach leaders and their teams how to connect, create, and communicate on a much deeper level, bringing everyone closer together and aligning everyone with the mission and the company values, all while tapping into the potential of every member of the team and organization.
