CurrentHello, I'm Assistant IT Director and Enterprise Engineer for Independent Stave Company (ISCO). Lebanon, Missouri, USA. Founded in 1912 and headquartered in Lebanon, MO, ISCO is a fifth-generation family-owned, global company with families, staff and customers in over 40 countries. Every day, millions enjoy products flavored in our oak barrels and other oak products. For the last 9 years I have been working on all areas of IT, OT, and IS hardware and software, with a particular focus on projects that serve to continuously improve the stability and scalability of our networks and server platforms. I support about 700 Cisco switches, fiber and copper plant, 250 Ubiquiti APs, over 200 VMware guest and host servers, about 100 doors, 225 IP phones, 1500 mostly AXIS cameras, about 900 Microsoft 365 E5/E3 users, about 1000 Dell and OnLogic industrial computers, 59 LinkSprinters, UPS systems, Managed printers, LG Signage, UKG clocks, Velo SDWAN, Active Directory/Azure, Red Canary/CBC, and most of all our 2500 employees. However, I support all facets of IT, OT, and IS for users at 30 Cooperages, Mills, Laboratories, Sales, and Administrative offices across five continents; AL, AR, CA, IN, KY, MO, OH, TN, AUS, CHL, ESP, FRA, IRE, and ZAF. Over the years, my favorite enterprise projects include our 2016 pivot to Cisco switches, new Dell servers, and AXIS cameras; our 2017 pivot from MPLS to Velo Cloud SDWAN across domestic sites; our 2018 AFL Duraline blown-Fiber project in Missouri; our 2019 enterprise build-out in Santiago Chile; our 2020 conversion from Hyper-V to VMware and Veeam; our 2021 new Cooperage build in Morehead KY, the largest cooperage of it's kind, as well as our new cooperage build in Dublin, Ireland; our 2022 acquisitions including Jack Daniels' Cooperages; our 2023 integration of Starlink connectivity at many facilities; and our conversion to Microsoft Business Central which is gaining steam in 2024.
