As MEP Project Manager I perform in numerous roles throughout the various phases of a construction project. During pre-construction some of my function include collaborating with the estimating team for the development of MEP scopes of work, provide constructibility reviews and provide input to the project management team in the development of the project.

• Management of project set-up including construction document review, internal budget setup, subcontractor scopes of work, buyout, and internal project start-up meetings.
• Responsible for project execution throughout all phases of construction.
• Responsible for weekly project meetings with owner’s representatives, design consultants and owner vendors
• Performed frequent site visits to monitor construction progress, review of safety, coordination and quality control issues with project superintendant and subcontractors.
• Managed project cost control systems including internal monthly project Cost-to-Complete reports, review and approval of subcontractor invoicing and change order requests, client billing and owner change order requests.
• Responsible for managing project closeout and turnover

• Provided support for all trades and phases of construction including significant experience as MEP coordinator.
• Responsible for subcontractor submittal approval, material expediting and RFI process with design consultants for all construction trades with specific concentration on MEP systems.
• Responsible for coordination, leading and documenting several project meetings for all project phases and trades including weekly subcontractor meetings, MEP coordination meetings, MEP commissioning meetings and.
• Responsible for coordination and oversight of owner representative and facilities maintenance personnel training for MEP trades as part of the project turnover process.
• Management of project cost control systems including subcontractor monthly invoicing and change order requests for several trades.
• Responsible for project closeout documentation.

• Extensive experience in documentation of all phases of design and the production of construction drawings as a CADD draftsman.
• Experienced in developing project memorandums, RFI responses, field sketches, shop drawing review and various construction administration tasks.
• Assisted project manager in coordination of architectural, MEP and structural consultant drawings.
• Assisted project manager in communications with contractors, clients, consulting engineers and design consultants.
