I am the proud Team Captain for the Tour de Cour - Team RBC, as well as many other Team RBC volunteer activities.I am proud to be a two time recipient of one of RBC's highest honours: RBC Convention Awards (2008 & 2014). Even more special was being recognized as an RBC Global Citizen (2020) for my commitment to community & philanthropy.

I had a dozen very special employees who were motivated, dedicated, and inspired to make our branch a special place. We participated in community events on a monthly basis, we created a few campaigns to drive in traffic, and we partnered with other businesses in the community to grow with collaboration.I was proud that our team exceeded our targets prior to the 3 year mark. I fell in love with the industry, the organization, and helping our clients. I quickly realized my ambition to grow within RBC. During my time as a CSR I completed teller transactions, provided advice around credit card types & account packages, I made quality referrals to colleagues, and provided support as a cash cage alternate. In less than 2 years later I took the next step and was promoted to an Account Manager.
