* Community Development—Manage a global community of about 100 active members, including project development, internal and external communications, and community engagement.* Content Creation—Produce “The Rookery,” a digital magazine with over 5000 readers (InDesign, Illustrator). Write and edit on average 9 articles and design on average 15 spreads each quarter.* Social Media—Developed an organic content-focused social media strategy with the goal of increasing engagement and brand awareness (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram). Monitored data analytics for the website (Google Analytics) and social channels (TweetDeck, Facebook Business Suite) to track engagement. Increased inbound website traffic by 40% in two years.* Branding & Design—Designed new logo and developed visual identity and brand voice. Created a press kit and maintain a repository of pictures for use in media.

* Branding & Design—Led department’s visual branding efforts. Initiated logo redesign and changes to visual branding, including classroom building signage. Additional projects included several iterations of seating diagrams for 130 classrooms according to changing social distancing guidelines and infographics detailing the department’s efforts during the pandemic.* Website Management—Updated and streamlined department website’s content to make it easier for clients to find important information and obtain services (Wordpress).* Technology Management—Managed IT/AV systems in 5 academic buildings on Georgetown University's main campus and support faculty members’ remote and in-person teaching needs; oversaw mass upgrade to SSD across all buildings.* Training & Development—As Chair of Student Training Committee, developed a training and onboarding process (as well as training documents/presentations) for new student employees. Led employee orientations for 20 new hires.

* Technical Troubleshooting—Managed classroom IT/AV equipment across Georgetown University's main campus and troubleshooted said technology for faculty.* Administration—Assisted department staff with class and event scheduling, computer inventories, computer memory issues, and software updates.* Training & Development—Led and trained undergraduate employees in customer service, office procedures, and technical troubleshooting.

* Technical Troubleshooting—Assisted students, alumnae, faculty, and staff with various technical issues over the phone, through email, and in person. Common issues included compromised accounts, password resets, malware-infected personal computers, VPN and wireless connection issues, and hard drive issues, among others.

* Campaign Organizing—Shadowed a Field Organizer in the Summerlin area and assisted in efforts toward greater voter registration and volunteer recruitment. Participated in in-person and over-the-phone recruitment efforts.

* Research—Assisted lab with 3 ongoing linguistics research projects. Ran experiments at the Museum of Science and created visual and verbal stimuli for the lab.* Science Communication—Interacted with children and their guardians, and explained linguistics concepts to them in non-technical terms.

* Communications—Drafted social media posts, letters of recommendation, and letters of commendation for the Congressman.* Constituent Services—Interacted with constituents, used internal database to organize requests, and represented the district office with staff at neighborhood meetings.
