I have worked as a global mobility tax specialist for the past eight tax seasons. I specialize primarily in Global Mobility Tax services providing tax preparation and equalization services for US Outbound and Inbound assignees with large program clients.My primary role today focuses around Operational Excellence and service delivery efficiency. I work with the national Operational Excellence Group, the Process and Technology leaders, and the GES Technology Center to ensure all of our tools work in concert to provide an efficient, streamlined, and compliant environment when rendering tax services to clients. In addition to serving the overall US Mobility Tax compliance practice, I also work with individual engagements to identify opportunities for efficiency gain through process automation and leveraging technology solutions to streamline workflow processes.Additionally, I serve as the day to day primary point of contact for Deloitte GES with Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting with regards to CCH Axcess. I managed the GES transition to CCH Axcess from Global Fx and continue to administer our compliance software environment. In this capacity, I also oversee the development and implementation of effective third party integration applications to seamlessly connect Deloitte's compliance tools to CCH's software platform.Throughout my career, I have also served clients in a Global Mobility Human Resources capacity by administering cost projection programs as they relate to international assignments.
