Direct all AV operational and production aspects of hotel, casino and venue entertainment property wide.
Direct, manage, and supervise activities of the Entertainment Technicians, Ushers, Housemen and Digital Signage teams, including training, scheduling, payroll, show quality and performance evaluations.
Determine and meet the technical requirements of 80+ touring performers each year permanent and temporary entertainment venues.
Create and deploy custom video content to digital signage systems on-property; menuboards, advertising, live promotions and IPTV distribution.
Administrative responsibilities including development and administration of departmental budget and entertainment component of marketing plan.
Provide AV technical advice for equipment procurement and property development.
