I spearhead a large US based MNC account as a client for Genpact leading the entire portfolio of over 1000 customer and 1000 clients. Implementing GenAI solutions to transform the OTC landscape with multiple platform integrations

I manage portfolios and process verticals. My work includes understanding value clusters in business verticals, evaluating processes, understanding the risks, enabling controls, leading transformation projects and developing long term strategies for sustainable growth of my organization.

I am part of the Business & Services Excellence team which works with all other functions towards building customer centric, effective, compliant and efficient processes. My team also drives Process Improvement and Re-engineering projects to achieve desired business outcomes. My key deliverable consist of Process Documentation and Training; Process Assurance and Control; Business Process Re-engineering and Management; and Pre-warning cell and Improvement Projects.

As part of the corporate team, I lead the organization’s strategy towards becoming digitally data-centric. My job was to liaise with the Global Leaders to plan, map and execute the data transformation journey. The regional hubs at APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NAM reached out to me with their outputs which I standardized into global visual dashboards for Project Management and Insights.
