I was instrumental in the recreation of the inventory tracking files in Microsoft Excel, where I created a lot of formulas and pivots to automate, as much as possible, the different inputs that created the summaries. I used these summaries to forecast where the needs of the various departments were to ensure successfully meeting company and association timelines metrics. To do this, I was also tasked with managing the work and time off schedules for over 100 employees from Buffalo to Utica.
