I was responsible for handling all post-offer activities for one of the largest hospital's in the health system. This included daily contact with new hires, managers, and colleagues across many departments. My responsibilities included monitoring and auditing the personnel files to ensure all new employees meet company policies and federal regulations.

Sourced strategically to meet high-volume needs of new staffing projects. Acquired staff for marketing events for a national project with a new client. Consistently met and exceeded weekly goals while working in the groups most problematic areas.

I am responsible for developing the youth in our program and leaders that invest in them. My job requires me to invest in the leaders and equip them to better impact the lives of the youth for Christ. I am responsible for the planning and execution of all of our events and activities as well as managing a network of small groups that meet outside of the weekly gatherings and events. Communication to youth, leaders, parents, our board members, and the community is one of the most important functions required of me. It is our goal to impact the community as a whole starting with the youth and their families.

I am responsible for a fleet of around 50 trucks dedicated to hauling specific product within my regions of operation. As manager, I am the first line of contact and immediately responsible for maintaining the driver-company relationship. Basic responsibilities include transit logisitics, compliance with both DOT and company regulations, driver retention, and customer service. As a transportation company, on-time service is our business. It is my job to solve any and every problem that hinders our ability to provide that service.

Fill in and manage classrooms for teachers of most subjects at the Junior High and High School level. My role varies from assisting cooperating teachers to curriculum instruction according to the needs of each job.

I worked with students and fellow staff members to create and maintain an atmosphere that encouraged students and provided opportunities for educational development, personal development, and social interaction. I served as an administrator, disciplinarian, counselor/advisor, and a community developer. The hall I worked in housed approximately 340 residents, 35 of which I was directly responsible for.

I was directly in charge of a cabin of 14-16 year old boys for a little over a week per group. Encouraged solidarity while enabling personal growth and development. When I wasn't with the cabin members exclusively I was teaching campers from all cabins different classes. In this position I acted as Counselor/Advisor, Coach, Disciplinarian, Swim Instructor, Boat Driver, and anything else to aid the kids.I worked here the summers of 2010 and 2011
