- Develop, maintain, and manage the Denver Transit Program including governance structure, project processing, roles and responsibilities, budgeting, scheduling, and overall program management. The program consists of five transit sub-programs, each tasked with delivering projects and services while reaching various Mayoral, DOTI, and One Build goals: - Capital Investment Corridors Program - Speed and Reliability Program - Passenger Amenity Program - Transit Service Program - Transportation Demand Management- Lead a team of professionals charged with planning and delivering projects within the Transit, Bike, Pedestrian, Vision Zero, and Innovation Programs. Work includes performance goal development, mentorship, strategy development, workload programming, and personal development.- Manage Denver Moves: Transit Phase 2 to develop a strategy for the stand-up of a Transit Program tasked with delivering transit projects over the course of the next 20 years.- COVID related mobility innovation development including standup and delivery of Temporary Recreation Streets (T-RECS) and strategy development for Healthy Streets.- Support for development and implementation of COVID related temporary patio expansion program.

• Manage the Colfax Corridor Connections project including the Alternatives Analysis, Environmental Documentation (NEPA), and Conceptual Design phases resulting in the identification of Center-Running Bus Rapid Transit as the preferred alternative and securing $55 million in GO Bond funding for implementation. Duties include managing project budget, project costing, and community and agency coordination.• Manage the Denver Moves: Downtown planning project including a downtown specific transit plan, modal priority scenario analysis, and downtown-wide transportation modeling effort with the intent of decreasing single occupant vehicle use, improving placemaking opportunities, and fostering economic development. • Supervise 2 multimodal planners including work programming, work load management, and personal development. • Mobility lead on various city building studies, plans, and projects: o Denver Moves: Transit o MetroRide Improvements o Denver Moves: Broadway o Blueprint Denver o Civic Center Transit District Plan• Co-Authored Denver's submittal for FTA's Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Planning Grant resulting in a $1.35 million award for TOD planning along East Colfax Avenue in preparation for the expected BRT project.

• Assisted in the development, administration, and facilitation of the Denver Livability Partnership (DLP) Grant Program. The DLP is a multi-project grant program developed to leverage partnerships and opportunities along the west LRT rail corridor to transform Denver’s west side into livable, transit-oriented neighborhoods. Primary projects/duties within program: o Knox Court Bike Boulevard – Project Manager, project scheduling and administration, technical assistance, public outreach coordination, graphic design, Bike Boulevard design guidelines development, and meeting facilitation o Decatur-Federal Station Area Planning – scope development, technical assistance, public outreach coordination, graphic design, and meeting facilitation o West Side Transit Enhancement Study – scope development, technical analysis, graphic design, public outreach and grant coordination o Citywide TOD Strategic Plan Update – scope development, technical analysis, graphic design, PW project costing and analysis, public outreach and meeting facilitation o West Side Food Lab Study – technical assistance and graphic design o Overall Grant Administration – budgeting, eLogic results-based goal attainment and in-kind grant match administration• Assisted and coordinated development of several branding campaigns for various projects. • Coordinated Bike to Work activities for Central Oklahoma municipalities promoting and advocating for bicycling as a transportation mode alternative and economic development tool.• Facilitated and coordinated the Technical/Land Use Subcommittee of the Regional Transit Dialogue with the specific task of examining and recommending transit related policy regarding Transit Oriented Development, Mixed Use Development, and mode specific technologies for the creation of a Regional Transportation Authority. • Managed the Pedestrian and Bicycle aspects of the Unified Planning Work Program including identification and prioritization of planning projects and activities, budget and sources of funding, staffing, and time frames for completing work.• Assisted in developing the Encompass 2035 Long Range Plan including plan goals and strategies, the Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities chapter, plan layout, plan graphics, and public engagement exercises. • Assisted in developing the grant proposal for the HUD Community Challenge Planning Grant including plan layout, various graphics, and demographic analysis requirements. • Created and facilitated Red Dirt Monopoly, a public outreach game intended to illustrate regional transportation planning in a financially constrained and easy to use environment. • Participated in several active committees including Transportation Enhancement Grants, Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, and the Areawide Planning and Technical Advisory Committee.
