• Designing new equipment, mechanisms or improvements, and modifications, aimed at reducing costs, and increasing efficiency, through computational tools such as CAD/CAE (Autodesk Product Design & Manufacturing Softwares) and scanning devices (CREAFORM Handyscan).• Preparation of bill of material, technical specifications, calculus, and reports, through the usage of relevant software.• Development of procedures, supervising and training co-workers about welding processes before and during the execution of welding works, thus, reducing time and waste of raw material.• Solid experience in application with national and international standards such as ABNT, ASME, DIN, AISI, ANSI, and others.• Investigating the root cause of failures in equipment or operational failure with the newest technologies and applying the quality methodologies to eliminate recurring failures and maximize production.• Implementation of combined welding processes, knowledge of metallurgy, and engineering requirements to produce quality welding work on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.• Design and implementation of projects to adapt equipment to meet NR-12 (work security in machinery and equipment).• Implement training for team members and be responsible to elaborate a routine to keep knowledge gained in practice. Moreover, supporting all departments affected by technical knowledge and follow production.• Preparation, review, and implementation of Maintenance Plans through the best maintenance practices such as the FMEA method for the analysis of failure modes and their effects.• Development of Maintenance Plans of 52 weeks at multiple machines such as combustion engines, electric motors, pumps, and centrifuges, among others.• Inspection of equipment and use of maintenance data for the application of mathematical models, probability, and statistics. Thus, the introductory implementation of reliability engineering and asset management effectively.
