Created and implemented workflow analysis processes to help streamline internal processes and improve productivity. ➣ Integrated other purchased practices into their network and system while helping in the design and creation of Piedmont Heart Institute, a separate hospital entity.➣ Provided hands-on support to Piedmont with integrating additional cardiology practices to create the Piedmont Heart Institute (PHI).

Part of a four-person team of project engineers supporting a diverse client base in both Tennessee and Texas. Offered a range of customized consulting services that included network design and Active Directory planning and implementation, security audits, and end-to-end project management. Provided ongoing pre-sales and post-sales guidance and support to Everest sales consultants and engineers as needed. An instrumental leader in several key projects that included:➣ Georgia Hospital Group: Successfully migrated 800+ users from a mixed Novell and Microsoft NT environment to Windows 2003 Active Directory. The project involved implementing a new IP addressing scheme and VLAN networking structure that included router and switch reconfiguration. ➣ Lennox/Service Experts: Assisted a large HVAC service company with three rollout programs that included new acquisitions and standardization of older installations for 200+ locations across the U.S. and Canada. Traveled to many locations to perform installation, hardware replacements, and to troubleshoot problems. ➣ Nashville-Based Healthcare Company: Performed a comprehensive network security audit that included a vulnerability assessment of the corporate campus and multiple remote hospitals. Reported findings in a final report along with best practice comparisons and specific plans for remediation. ➣ Nashville-Based Healthcare Magazine: Spearheaded a mixed OS environment migration from Microsoft NT to a Windows 2000 server environment.
