Responsible for the performance of US Army DOMEX Program's support contract in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Responsible for the employment, training, coaching, mentoring, motivation, discipline and performance evaluation of assigned employees. Assigned as the Operations Manager of the multicompany contract team with operational oversight and control of contract personnel located throughout the world. Manage all aspects of the Army DOMEX Program's contract support while working closely with the Government Program Management, in order to acheive their goals.
