Responsible for the performance of US Army DOMEX Program's support contract in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Responsible for the employment, training, coaching, mentoring, motivation, discipline and performance evaluation of assigned employees. Assigned as the Operations Manager of the multicompany contract team with operational oversight and control of contract personnel located throughout the world. Assists higher level program/project manager on the US Army DOMEX Support program in directing the project life cycle by assisting in development of comprehensive project plans to include both long and shortrange goals and milestones. Identifies, acquires, and utilizes company resources to achieve project objectives. Directed a project team usually within a matrix organization, monitoring and encouraging functional organizations to complete milestones within specific budgets and schedules. Interfaced with external customers, as well as topmanagement, for the purpose of communicating status of the project throughout the life cycle. Maintained supervision of direct reports and acted in the lead role as Media Exploitation SME for the US Army DOMEX Program, providing SME consultation, as required. Provided MEDEXinstruction to military personnel, both CONUS and OCONUS. Managed CONUS and OCONUS DOMEX personnel in support of both training and operational DOMEX missions.

Manage and lead a team of Media Exploitation specialists who are tasked with instruction of Media Exploitation to US Government clients.

Train personnel in policies and procedures in collection and analysis of material of interest. Travels to clients' locations to conduct training courses. Develops training courses and programs of instruction.

Tasked with the collection and examination of critical electronic and digital evidence from cell phones and PDA's to Computers and network devices in a forensically sound manner in order to extract items of evidence that are crucial in the prosecution of every aspect of today's criminal activity.Created policies and procedures for the Computer Forensic Lab at the Frederick County Sheriff's Office.Resourced, appropriated and installed the various technologies, hardware and software that enabled the FCSO Computer Forensic Lab to perform its mission to provide digital investigative services to the Frederick County Sheriff's Office and surrounding law enforcement agencies.

Supervised a 9 man element of Infantry Soldiers in completing multilevel combat operations utilizing various forms of ingress and egress.Conducted training operations for members of the unit and maintained readiness levels to the standards set by the National Guard Bureau for deployments.
