CurrentPropellus is a small business management consulting and alternative finance company. Founded and led by Ralph Johnson, CEO, we provide expertise and working capital to help small businesses grow and improve their processes on both side of the ledger. Propellus acquired assets during the pandemic, and went public in January of 2021.Mr. Johnson founded Propellus in response to the pandemic of 2020, and had the foresight and confidence to purchase assets during the shutdown, complete a triangular merger, and then pursue and successfully execute a public strategy. He led this initiative in the middle of a major global crisis, arguably at the bottom of the market, and closed it in less than a year, positioning the company and its shareholders for a strong opportunity moving forward.
