My work now focuses on talent/people strategy advisory at all levels of the organization: board of directors, executives, and the broad workforce. Some areas of expertise include: total rewards strategy (e.g., EVP refinement, compensation benchmarking, base pay structure and incentive design, employee surveys), talent and performance management, job architecture and career frameworks, and Board (Human Capital / Compensation Committee) and management advisory re: executive performance (e.g., goal setting) and compensation (e.g., equity strategy).
